Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.
  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International: 7–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders and Group Orders

If your order contains pre-order or group-order items, shipping will occur once all items in the order have arrived and are ready for shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.

International Shipping

K-Collective Search ships to select international destinations.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT or other government-imposed fees

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

K-Collective Search is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
  3. We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
